Paleta Cebo 50% Iberico Spanish Pork Dry-Cured Front Leg is a premium Spanish dry-cured ham made from the front leg of an Iberian pig, fed on acorns and chestnuts before processing. Aged for a long period to develop a rich, balanced flavor with a delicate texture and fine marbling of fat. Perfect when thinly sliced for a snack platter, as tapas, or in sandwiches. Pairs beautifully with red wine or quality sparkling wine.
